Straightforward operation
One-click workflows and automatic drawing functions are designed to simplify common tube-processing tasks.
Bodor K Series · Classic tube laser cutting platform
A dedicated tube and profile laser for straightforward operation, fast pneumatic clamping and configurable loading and unloading. World Machinery supports UK manufacturers with application review, demonstrations, installation, operator training and long-term service.
iTube range, cutting length, laser power, loading, unloading, short-tail performance and optional features vary by K1, K2, K3 and K5 configuration. Confirm all details in a current written World Machinery quotation.
Fast setup · versatile profiles · practical operation
The K Series combines rapid clamping, intelligent tube-processing software and configurable automation. The correct model should be selected around the real diameter or circumscribed size, tube length, wall thickness, material weight, profile mix and expected batch pattern.
One-click workflows and automatic drawing functions are designed to simplify common tube-processing tasks.
Pneumatic chucking supports repeatable clamping and high-speed rotation across suitable tube and profile formats.
Optional loading and unloading systems can be added around the stock range, batch size and labour plan.
High-speed tube handling
Bodor publishes rapid chuck response, high rotation speed and high loading speed for the current K Series. Real cycle time still depends on tube shape, wall thickness, part geometry, pierce count, material handling and laser power.
Published maximums are manufacturer references, not guaranteed customer cycle times. Current specifications may differ between K Series models and configurations.
Features and enhancements
Each feature should be confirmed for the selected K model. Images are retained from the original World Machinery page and remain editable in Elementor.
Fast pneumatic chucks
The K Series uses direct-drive pneumatic chucks designed for rapid clamping, stable rotation and straightforward routine maintenance. Confirm chuck range, jaw type and current model performance in the written specification.
Profile versatility
Process common tube formats and suitable open or custom profiles. The exact supported cross-sections, dimensions, wall thickness and material weight depend on the selected K1, K2, K3 or K5 configuration.
Nesting software
Prepare tube layouts, optimise material utilisation and connect the cutting workflow with compatible engineering systems. Software versions, licences and external integrations should be confirmed before order.
Cutting-head protection
When processing square and rectangular tube, the control system calculates corner movement to help prevent contact between the cutting head and the rotating workpiece.
Optional internal cleaning
An optional suction-based module is described for selected K1 and K2 configurations to help remove slag, debris and dust from inside the tube and reduce downstream cleaning.
K-Trans, K-Loader Pro and unloading-rack options can reduce manual handling and support longer production runs. Select the handling arrangement from real stock lengths, profile shapes, batch sizes and floor space.

K1 · K2 · K3 · K5
The existing page presents four K Series model families. Exact current ranges, lengths, weights, power options and automation packages must be checked against the latest written specification.
K1A compact route into dedicated tube and profile cutting. Confirm current diameter, length, weight, laser-power and automation combinations with World Machinery.
K2A widely used K Series platform for general fabrication and repeated tube production. Current 6.5m and longer-format examples should be specified against the actual stock range.
K3A configuration pathway for larger or heavier production requirements. Model limits and optional handling equipment must be confirmed in a current quotation.
K5The largest K Series pathway shown on the existing page. Use representative material and drawings to validate chuck range, loading, unloading and cutting performance.
Model descriptions are application-planning guides. They do not replace the current manufacturer specification or a written World Machinery quotation.

Any original images not already assigned to the hero, feature or model sections remain visible here and editable in Elementor.
Specify from real tube production
A useful proposal starts with representative tube drawings, profile shapes, material grades, wall thicknesses, stock lengths, batch patterns and output expectations.
List round, square, rectangular, oval, angle, channel, I-beam and any custom cross-sections that must be processed.
Provide the minimum and maximum circumscribed size, wall thickness, stock weight and weight per metre.
Confirm incoming stock lengths, longest finished component, shortest parts and acceptable tail-material target.
Match K-Trans, K-Loader Pro and unloading options to profile shape, bundle size, labour plan and factory footprint.
World Machinery UK support
World Machinery can support the K Series project with application review, demonstrations, cutting trials, site planning, delivery, commissioning, operator training, planned maintenance and machinery-finance discussions.
Review drawings, tube formats, material, wall thickness, batch sizes and output targets before selecting a model.
Use representative stock and parts to assess edge quality, accuracy, short-tail strategy and software workflow.
Coordinate access, services, extraction, handling equipment, commissioning and practical operator handover.
Protect uptime with UK technical support and discuss suitable asset-finance options for qualifying businesses.
K Series buying questions
Final answers depend on the selected model, tube range, laser power, software and handling equipment. World Machinery can prepare a current written configuration.
The K Series is designed for round, square, rectangular, oval and other suitable metal profiles. Selected configurations may also process angle, channel and other open profiles. Exact dimensions, wall thickness and weight limits must be confirmed for the chosen model.
The four model families provide different working ranges, lengths, weights, power options and automation combinations. The correct choice should be based on actual stock and part drawings rather than model name alone.
Bodor currently publishes a fastest clamping response of two seconds for the pneumatic chuck design. Actual production time also includes material presentation, centring, piercing, cutting and unloading.
Bodor and older World Machinery material reference short-tail figures that vary by design and configuration. Confirm the current safety distance, special-jaw requirement and expected practical remnant for the model quoted.
Yes, optional K-Trans and K-Loader Pro systems are presented for automatic or assisted cyclic loading of suitable tube and profile shapes. The loading package should be matched to bundles, stock length, shape and production rate.
BodorNest Tube supports drawing preparation, tube nesting and material utilisation. The existing World Machinery page also references integration with systems such as Tekla and Tribon. Confirm the supplied software version, licences and import workflow.
The existing World Machinery page describes an optional slag-cleaning module for selected K1 and K2 machines. Suitability depends on tube dimensions, process, material and the exact option supplied.
World Machinery provides UK application advice, demonstrations, installation, commissioning, operator training and ongoing service support. The final commercial scope is defined in the written quotation.
