High-speed tube cutting
Fast loading and chuck rotation are intended to shorten non-cutting time and support high-throughput tube production.
Bodor T Series | Professional high-speed tube laser
A professional tube laser platform developed for fast loading, rapid chuck movement and intelligent parameter selection across round, square, rectangular and special profiles. World Machinery supports UK manufacturers with application review, demonstrations, installation, training and long-term service.
iTube range, laser power, loading, bevel processing, seam identification and achievable output depend on the selected T2 or T3 configuration, material and application. Confirm all details in a current written World Machinery quotation.
Fast | precise | adaptable
The T Series combines high-speed motion with rapid centering and intelligent process adaptation. Its role is to reduce avoidable setup and handling time while maintaining stable support for a wide mix of standard and custom tube profiles.

Fast loading and chuck rotation are intended to shorten non-cutting time and support high-throughput tube production.

Laser power should be selected from the real tube material, wall thickness, profile shape, feature mix and required edge quality.

Bodor publishes a 20% processing-efficiency comparison against an industry reference; actual gains depend on the complete job and line setup.

Rapid tube centering
Bodor publishes a 0.26-second centering example for rectangular tube, compared with 5.02 seconds for a traditional capacitive method. The technique is designed to be less affected by environmental conditions, lighting, temperature and tube condition.
The machine identifies tube position quickly so cutting can begin without a long centering delay.
The published centering concept is intended to reduce sensitivity to external conditions and tube variation.
Real tube straightness, weld seams, surface condition and tolerances should be assessed during application trials.

Intelligent parameter adaptation
The T Series control system uses Bodor process data to select and match settings according to the tube type. This can reduce repeated manual intervention, but the final parameter database and process window should be verified against the materials and profiles used in production.
Material transfer settings can be matched to the tube profile and production sequence.
Rotational speed is coordinated with the tube and programmed feature path.
Clamping is adjusted to support secure handling without unnecessary manual setup.
Ultra-fast tube movement
Bodor currently publishes a maximum loading speed of 160m/min and a maximum chuck-rotation reference of 175r/min. The existing World Machinery page shows 160r/min. Model, market and configuration should therefore be confirmed in the current written UK specification.
The current World Machinery and Bodor pages contain different power and chuck-speed references. Confirm the exact T2 or T3 power, speed, tube range and included functions before ordering.

Tube handling and optional functions
The value of each feature depends on the stock range and production mix. World Machinery can review tube shape, diameter or side length, wall thickness, stock length, weld seam, bevel requirements and loading strategy before the machine is specified.
Workpiece supportFollow-up rollers, intelligent loading centering and a bionic U-shaped roller support the workpiece during high-speed rotation.
Part handlingAdaptive unloading is designed to reduce workpiece movement, protect cutting accuracy and separate finished parts from remnants.
Profile flexibilityThe T Series is presented for round, square, rectangular, flat-sided oval, elliptical and other suitable custom profiles.
Automation optionOptional automatic or auxiliary loading can reduce repetitive handling and support a more continuous production cell.
Bevel optionThe optional bevel-cutting configuration can prepare selected tube features for assembly and welding, subject to geometry and material limits.
Vision optionA camera can detect internal weld-seam position so programmed features can avoid the seam where required.
T2 and T3 planning
The original World Machinery page provides separate T2 and T3 technical graphics. Because current model data can change, the redesign retains those images while directing customers to obtain a written specification for working diameter, stock length, power, chuck performance and automation.

Professional tube-laser configuration for high-speed production. Confirm the current tube range, stock length, laser power and compatible loading systems.

Larger or alternative production configuration shown on the existing page. Confirm current dimensions, performance and option availability in writing.

The composite roller system is intended to maintain tube support during fast chuck movement and rotation.

Round, square, rectangular and selected special profiles can be reviewed against the chosen chuck and loading configuration.
Specify around real tube production
A reliable proposal starts with representative drawings and stock information. World Machinery can then confirm the model, laser source, profile range, chuck arrangement, bevel option, weld-seam camera, loading system and factory requirements.
List round, square, rectangular, oval, elliptical and special profiles together with minimum and maximum dimensions.
Confirm stock length, finished part length, normal and maximum wall thickness and the heaviest regular workpiece.
Share holes, slots, notches, mitres, bevels, weld-seam requirements, marking and downstream welding or assembly needs.
Plan T-Trans or T-Loader use, finished-part handling, extraction, services, access, floor space and maintenance clearances.
World Machinery UK support
A high-speed tube laser is a complete production project. World Machinery can support application review, sample cutting, automation selection, site preparation, installation, commissioning, operator training, planned maintenance and qualifying finance options.
Review tube profiles, dimensions, features, weld seams, batch sizes and target cycle times before specification.
Test actual material and drawings to assess centering, cut quality, bevels, seam avoidance and handling.
Coordinate delivery, power, gas, extraction, automation, commissioning and practical operator handover.
Protect uptime with UK support and discuss finance routes for qualifying machinery projects.
T Series questions
Final answers depend on the selected T2 or T3 build, tube range, power, loading, bevel equipment and software. World Machinery can provide a current written configuration.
The T Series is a professional tube laser focused on high-speed movement, rapid centering and intelligent parameter adaptation. It is intended for repeat production across round, square, rectangular and selected special profiles.
Bodor publishes a 0.26-second centering example for rectangular tube and compares it with 5.02 seconds for traditional capacitive centering. Actual performance depends on tube profile, condition, material and configuration.
The current Bodor page publishes a maximum loading-speed reference of 160m/min and maximum chuck rotation of 175r/min. The existing World Machinery page shows 160r/min, so the final UK specification should be confirmed in writing.
The product information identifies round, square, rectangular, flat-sided oval, elliptical and other suitable custom profiles. The exact dimensional range depends on the selected T2 or T3 configuration and chuck system.
An optional bevel-cutting configuration is described for angles up to plus or minus 45 degrees. Suitability depends on tube geometry, material, wall thickness, feature position and the selected head and software.
The optional camera detects the internal weld seam position so programmed cut features can avoid it. Representative tube stock should be tested because seam appearance and tube condition affect detection.
The T Series can be paired with the T-Trans automatic loading system or the T-Loader auxiliary loading device. The correct option depends on tube dimensions, stock length, weight, batch size and factory layout.
World Machinery can support application review, cutting trials, site preparation, installation, commissioning, operator training and ongoing UK service support. Finance options can also be discussed for eligible businesses.
